The seven-member EDA Board of Commissioners serves six-year terms. The Board consists of three members who are Cook County Board of Commissioners appointees, two are City of Grand Marais appointees, and there is one member each from the Cook County Board of Commissioners and Grand Marais City Council. Meetings are held monthly on the 3rd Tuesday at 4 p.m. - County County Courthouse, Commissioners Room. The June 2024 meeting will be held on Monday, June 17th.
